Valena Ltd may immediately terminate or suspend your access to our services if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease except those that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and limitation of liability provisions. We may retain your data as required by law or regulation even after termination.
Our services are subject to various Irish and European Union financial regulations. You acknowledge that we may be required to report certain transactions or activities to regulatory authorities and that we may refuse to provide services if doing so would violate applicable laws or regulations.
